    Known for producing some of Ethiopia’s very best coffees, this micro-lot comes from the region of Lalesa, courtesy of producer, Mulugeta Sinatayehu. It comprises selected lots picked from Mulugeta’s own farm, and that of his neighbours.

    Supporting the regions it's grown

    After some time working on a clever way to process small anaerobic lots, Mulugeta has started to release them - lucky us!

    After selecting the cherries and sorting them thoroughly, the whole cherries are placed in plastic bags which are then vacuum-packed and monitored. Following, the bags are flushed and sealed multiple times until the desired fermentation level is achieved. The fermented cherries were then dried whole on raised beds for 26 days before milling.
