SL28 is one of our favourite varietals at Rumble, originally developed in Kenya and famed for its exceptional cup quality. Grown in Huila, Colombia, this lot expresses the varietal in a new way while retaining its signature vibrancy. This lot was selectively hand-picked for high sugar content and naturally processed, beginning with 48 hours of anaerobic fermentation before slow drying on raised beds over 20-30 days. Careful turning ensures even drying and outstanding clarity in the cup.
