Another standout coffee from the Vides family, our beautiful Guatemala El Rincón is one for the ages. Located in world-famous coffee-growing region Huehuetenango, Finca El Rincón is situated in the highlands near Mexico’s border.
This year, we were lucky enough to get our hands on a natural anaerobic process coffee. This one underwent a 72-hour temperature regulated whole cherry fermentation before drying on raised beds. Then, it was on to the patio for 16 days to finish. What a journey!
