Green Apple - Rose Hips - Lychee
Super refined, floral and fruity coffee.
Grown by Sebastian Gomez at Finca La Esmeralda. This coffee was picked following a strict ripeness criteria and hand sorted. Cherries were then placed inside plastic tanks to ferment for 52 hours at 23°C. The coffee was then placed on raised beds below 35 °C to dry until ideal moisture content was achieved.
