Rich berry sweetness, tropical passionfruit and creamy vanilla combine in a smooth, syrupy cup with lasting sweetness.

This is our second year sourcing coffee from Patio Bonito, a family-run farm in the mountains of Caldono, Cauca. Carlos Trujillo has spent nearly five decades growing coffee, while his daughter Paola has brought a fresh perspective after years working as a cupper and coffee buyer. Together they've transformed the farm into a centre of experimentation, refining natural and washed processing methods that showcase the remarkable quality of Cauca while staying deeply connected to family, tradition and place.

Across 11 hectares, Patio Bonito is home to nearly 47,000 coffee trees spanning 13 varieties, with every decision guided by quality, sustainability and education. Paola has introduced innovative techniques, including anaerobic fermentation and thermal shock processing, helping the farm produce expressive, fruit-forward coffees without losing balance or clarity. Alongside exceptional coffee, the Trujillo family is committed to soil conservation, food security and sharing knowledge with neighbouring farmers, ensuring the farm's impact extends well beyond each beautiful harvest.
