Paola Trujillo is a young and passionate coffee producer from Patio Bonito Farm, an 11-hectare property nestled in Pescador, northern Cauca. Working alongside her parents, María Ángela and Carlos, Paola carries forward a deep family legacy built on knowledge, collaboration, and an enduring love for coffee. After studying chemical engineering, she returned home to apply her expertise to coffee cultivation; focusing on innovation, quality, and sustainability.

At Patio Bonito, the family cultivates both traditional and exotic varietals, including Castillo, Bourbon Rosado, Gesha, Wush Wush, Sidra, and SL28, each grown with meticulous care. Earlier this year, we had the chance to cup this coffee alongside another lot of Wush Wush from Paola. Both stood out for their clarity, sweetness, and elegance. We’re thrilled to have secured both lots and look forward to receiving more from Paola and her family in the future.
