There’s only one word for this natural anaerobic process coffee: wild. We met Diofanor on a trip to Colombia in 2019 and were immediately floored by his knowledge and passion. Now, we can finally introduce his incredible coffee to you.
While Diofanor has passed on the management of the farm to his son, Sabastion, he still holds the reins on a few, select passion projects/batches during the year. This happens to be one of them.
In 2021, due to high demand and the farm’s incredible reputation, Diofanor and Sabastion have produced only natural processed coffees, the coffees for which they’re best known. With the whole operation utilising a Biodynamic methodology, this incredible coffee is one for the ages. We know you’ll agree.
