    This 100% Batian, 120kg micro-lot comes from El Fuerte, one of four farms owned and operated by the amazing Rodríguez family in Bolivia’s Samaipata region.

    Today, the farm is managed by Ángel Aguilera, a producer who lives on the farm with his wife and family. Although it mostly produces Caturra variety crops, Ángel and Pedro have trialled several varieties on this farm, including Gesha, Pacamara, Batian and Bourbon. This particular lot is 100% Batian.
