Colombia Arnuby Herney Chavez
We love a Tabi here at Rumble and this one is a real treat! After hand-picking only the ripest cherries, this coffee was sealed in bags for 15 hours before pulping and fermenting again as a washed coffee for 35 hours.
SUPPORTING SUSTAINABLE COFFEE PRACTISES
Arnuby has been living on his El Mirador farm for the last 40 years - yes, that’s four wonderful decades of dedication.
Working alongside his parents for 10 years, Arnuby has been diligently focusing on improving the quality of his coffee since assuming management here. Always keen to promote sustainability and longevity in El Mirador’s operations, Arnuby loves attending talks by associative growers and coffee tasters of the region. Anuby is very clear on his purpose: to make wonderful coffee that provides a happy, comfortable life and education for his three beloved children.
This coffee is a great option for those looking to try a beautifully balanced cup while also directly supporting a humble, purposeful farmer with resilience.

PRICING EXPLAINED
*This is the FOB (Free On Board) price: the price paid to the exporter before shipping, and which does not include shipping costs, weight loss (around 17%), storage and other charges. Ultimately, the FOB price represents the $ figure that stays in the coffee's country of origin, benefiting its producer, community, and beyond.
^This is the 'raw' price paid directly to the producer, and paid in the local currency for parchment coffee. The coffee is then milled and sorted before being placed in bags, ready for shipping.
