Coffee Cupping in Action

 

Weekly coffee cupping at Rumble is back. Every Friday* at 3 pm we hold a coffee cupping (or tasting) of new coffee from around the world. Cupping is the art of assessing a coffee on its own merits. We look for sweetness, body and acidity and try and discover all the wonderful flavours inside each bean.
